While it is certainly not a five-star establishment, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They even allowed guests to leave their keys behind the desk when going out for drinks, which was a great way to ensure that keys were not lost. Although some reviews have mentioned the small size of the bathroom, I personally did not find this to be an issue. After all, who would want to take a long, steamy bath in the beautiful weather of Benidorm? Nice hotel complex, the staff work hard to keep it clean and tidy. The kids entertainers were brilliant and definitely put a smile back on my kids' faces. Rooms are a nice size and comfortable, but the walls are really thin. No Beer/Larger or soft drinks available in the restaurant. You have to pay to use TV in room and pay for WiFi. But these are only minor things. We are extremely grateful for the hotel taking us in and rescuing our holiday.

The staff were all lovely and efficient louise LIGHTFOOT We've just come back from a 7 stay at the hotel and the only issue we had was one of the ladies on reception was rude at check in but other than that it was wonderful and for the money it was great value for money food was varied and tasted fantastic the rooms were cleaned beautifully every day and house keeping staff were so friendly and helpful, the entertainment staff went demodé of their way to make sure everyone was entertained and happy and having the time of their lives.

Location is stunning, a short walk to the beach which is beautiful with a lovely coastal walk too. The rooms are clean and well kept.
